The Orlando Cattle Baron’s Ball is celebrating its 25th year bringing guests from the Greater Orlando area together to fund programs that make an impactful difference on cancer patients and their families.
The mission moment this year will continue to help the American Cancer Society support pediatric cancer research, with a special thank you to our Title Sponsor, A.T.A.P. Companies, for matching the first $50,000 raised during our call to the heart paddle raise that will benefit our littlest cancer warriors.
In 2024, an estimated 9,620 children (ages 0 to 14 years) and 5,290 adolescents (ages 15-19 years) will be diagnosed with cancer and 1,040 children and 550 adolescents will die from the disease. Through our commitment of over $29 million dollars in funding that currently supports 49 childhood cancer research grants, we will find new answers that will help every child and their family affected by cancer.
Looking for ways that you can partner with the American Cancer Society? Contact Christy Clelland at cbborlando.org or call 407.701.1706.
Your support will provide much needed resources in the fight against cancer to neighbors in our own community and will help reduce the disparities and increase equity in the cancer space across the continuum.
